How We Review: Method, Limits and Money

Published methods are rare in this market, which is part of why they are worth reading. Here is ours. 10JILI is an independent guide — not a casino, no deposits taken, no balances held, no games run — and every check below is something you could repeat yourself without an account. We publish no scores and no rankings, on purpose.

The checks, in order of weight

  1. Licence disclosure. Is the operating company named where a reader will find it, and does the name appear in the regulator's own published records?
  2. Terms clarity. Are withdrawal conditions, bonus wagering and dormancy rules readable by someone who has not read terms before?
  3. KYC rules. Is verification explained before you deposit, with documents named and timing stated, rather than discovered during a first cash-out?
  4. Payment rails. Are the methods listed, and does the site separate rail speed from its own approval queue instead of merging them into one promise?
  5. Responsible-gaming tools. Are deposit limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion actually in the account area?
  6. Complaint route. Is there an escalation path beyond live chat, and is the regulator's channel acknowledged?
  7. Support channels. How many, what hours, and does any of them leave you a written record?
  8. App distribution. Does the site describe store availability honestly, or push an installer from a domain it does not control?

What an outside site can verify

  • That a company name and licence reference are published, and whether they match the regulator's list
  • That terms, privacy, complaints and responsible-gaming pages exist, and what their wording commits to
  • Where a site contradicts itself between pages, which is often the most informative finding
  • Which payment brands are displayed, and how those rails behave as a matter of public fact
  • Whether a quoted RTP matches the studio's own published figure

What nobody outside can verify

  • Whether a given operator will pay you, this week, at your amount
  • Payout times, fees and minimums — those are set by the operator, so check its cashier page
  • Which RTP configuration a lobby is running, since operators may select settings below the studio default
  • Whether support is useful on the day you need it
  • Anything inside an account, because we hold none

Where we cannot source a figure, the figure is absent. A gap is a finding. A confident guess is a liability dressed as service.

The wording rule

AllowedNot allowed
"The site names an operating company; here is how to check it in the regulator's records""This casino is licensed and safe"
"InstaPay is real-time with a per-transaction cap; PESONet settles in batches on banking days""Withdrawals land in 10 minutes"
"The studio publishes this RTP; an operator may run a lower configuration""This slot pays 99%"
"Read the wagering multiple, the base and the time limit before opting in""Claim your guaranteed bonus now"
"Here is the escalation route when a payout stalls""We withdrew successfully, so you will too"

Commercial relationships

Some outbound links may be partner links that earn a commission when clicked. The arrangement does not vary with what a page says. No operator reviews a draft, no sentence is softened on request, and no page is withdrawn because a company complained about it. If a relationship ever required that, the page would remain and the relationship would not.

There is no score to buy here because there is no score. That removes the most obvious thing a site in this market has to sell.

Dates, authorship, corrections

Every page carries a published and a modified date, and the credit is to the site rather than to a person. We do not manufacture reviewers, qualifications or photographs; an invented expert would be the weakest claim on the page. Corrections are applied to the page itself, with the date updated, and we would rather be shown an error than defend one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are the ratings?

There are none. A score hides the reasoning that produced it and a ranking slot is the easiest thing in this industry to sell. We publish the checks instead and leave the conclusion to you.

Do you earn money from links?

Possibly — some outbound links may be partner links that pay a commission on a click. It changes nothing in the text, and no advertiser sees a page before publication.

Why will you not tell me how fast an operator pays?

Because we cannot know. Approval times, fees and minimums are set by the operator; check its cashier page and get support's answer in writing. What is independently verifiable is the rail behaviour: InstaPay real-time within a cap, PESONet in banking-day batches.

Do you test accounts and withdrawals?

No, and we do not claim to. We hold no accounts anywhere. Any site that says it tested a withdrawal at a dozen casinos is describing something you cannot check.

Who writes this?

The site publishes under its own name. There is no author persona because there is no author persona to verify, and we would rather say so than invent one.

Before You Choose an Operator
